Fire rips through Clifton Park apartment building

CLIFTON PARK – Tim Tuper first heard the sirens sometime around 10 p.m. Saturday.

“I looked out and saw the fire trucks. Next thing you know they’re in our building banging on the doors telling us to get out," he said.
