For nearly four decades, Lee Corso has been one of the faces of college football as a host on ESPN's "College GameDay."
Corso ended a 38-year run on the premier college football pregame show on Saturday at the highly anticipated Texas-Ohio State matchup in Columbus, Ohio.
The show was a three-hour farewell tour for the 90-year-old Corso, as fellow hosts Rece Davis, Kirk Herbstreit, Pat McAfee, Nick Saban, and Desmond Howard all said goodbye to the retiring college football legend.
While some fans tuned in simply because it was the first "College GameDay" show of the season, most were watching because it was Corso's final appearance after serving as a program staple since its inception in 1987.
