The conversation regarding WPIAL boys cross country always starts, and often ends, with North Allegheny. It’s the type of respect that’s been earned through its WPIAL-leading 34 titles, more than any other athletic program in any sport in the region.

The Tigers, however, finished 10 points behind Norwin for the WPIAL title in 2024, a rare second-place finish, but return a host of talent and usher in a promising freshman that seemingly has them positioned to push for title No. 35 this fall.
