SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - Good morning! We will continue the mostly dry trend going through today with a chance for showers and storms for most areas west of I-49 through the afternoon! Highs should reach back in the mid and upper 80s, with some areas hitting the lower 90s. Partly cloudy skies will be displayed to start the day with a bit more cloud cover by the afternoon.

We may see another day of isolated showers and storms through tomorrow before a cold front removes the chances for rain through the rest of the week! This cold front will be a weak one, which means it will not affect temperatures much once it moves through. In fact, southerly flow should return, allowing for highs to reach more into the 90s later this week! We will also be seeing much more sunshine going through the rest
