Doctors discovered a bullet fragment in the neck of a 10-year-old boy who initially appeared unharmed following the mass shooting at Annunciation Catholic Church in Minneapolis. “I think I got, like, gunpowder on my neck,” he said in an interview after the shooting. The boy's father tells NBC News the fragment came close to hitting the boy's carotid artery. NBC’s Maggie Vespa reports for TODAY.
