The week-long Chippewa County Fair in Kinross wrapped up Sunday evening with the release of all livestock starting today at 6 a.m. There is one last bingo session from noon-3 p.m. today at the Dunbar Building.
Fair week started Aug. 23 with the Miss Chippewa County Fair Queen Contest which was held at the Kinross Township Hall with Kendra MacDonald crowned the winner.
Various events took place throughout the week including USA demolition derby, stock car racing, dafter mud runs, antique, garden and classic tractor pulls, multiple animal auctions, 'Uniquely Able Day' and of course the popular Skerbeck carnival rides and so much more.
