While Club and Plus members may shop during the federal holiday, aspiring Sam's Club members can join under the company's limited-time half off discount.

Basic membership that typically costs $50 per year currently costs just $25 and includes one card for the primary account holder and a complimentary card for another household member.

Meanwhile, the second tier membership that typically costs $110 per year is currently priced at just $70. This annual membership offers members free shipping on most items, early shopping hours and more rewards.
