A trio from three different clubs but uniting under the Bainfield Bowling Club banner won the prestigious Purves Triple title at Whitehouse and Grange Bowling Club.

Alison Ward (Bainfield), Struan Ramsay (Maitland) and Kerr McKail (Summerfield) combined successfully on the Hope Terrace green.

Meanwhile Whitehouse and Grange staged their annual championships.

Winner of the men’s singles for a 13th time is Malcolm Weir who captured the Colin Macandrew trophy.

The ladies title was won by Rhona Stephen who is pictured, right, receiving the trophy from president, Lyn Blackhall.
