ADAMS COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — State Police are searching for a missing man in Adams County.

Troopers say they are searching for 68-year-old Richard Raffensperger, who was last seen in the area of 322 Dale Road, Menallen Township, Adams County, on September 1 at 7 a.m.

Police say Raffensperger may be at special risk of harm or injury or may be confused.

Anyone with information on Raffensperger's whereabouts is asked to contact police immediately by calling 911 or by calling PSP Gettysburg at 717-334-8111.
