(FOX40.COM) — Two people were arrested and nine suspects are at large after attempting to rob a cannabis farm early Monday morning, according to the Nevada County Sheriff's Office.

NCSO said deputies received reports of an attempted robbery around 3:45 a.m. in Nevada County.
The owner of the farm identified 11 suspects who fled the area, said the sheriff's office.
Deputies followed the suspects and were led on a pursuit through Highway 49 and Interstate 80. The pursuit ended at a gas station in the area of Riverside Avenue and Cirby Way, according to NCSO.
Two suspects from the Bay Area were placed into custody, and deputies are searching for the other nine.
