After the club’s first exhibition home game on Saturday afternoon , Colts general manager Ian MacInnis said there’s currently a 30-player roster, and that nobody’s going home anytime soon. Article content Article content
“We’ll keep everybody here for another week and go at it hard (in training camp scrimmages),” MacInnis said after a 4-1 win against Hawkesbury at the Benson Centre. “We’ll see who can handle the grind.”
Training camp began early last week with two-a-day workouts. Then, the Colts got familiar with one of their archrivals in the Central Canada Hockey League, the Hawks, skating against them twice in under 24 hours, Hawkesbury winning 6-4 at home
