Three people from Windsor are facing stunt or impaired driving charges after a Labour Day weekend crackdown by the OPP.

Officers nabbed two Windsorites each driving 75 km/h or more over the speed limit this weekend, per the provincial police force.

The first, a 28-year-old, was clocked going 166 km/h in an 80 km/h zone on County Road 22 near Patillo Road in Lakeshore, the OPP said Sunday morning.

Later that morning, the OPP said it had stopped another Windsor driver for excessive speeding — this time, a 25-year-old man in a Mercedes who was going 155 km/h in an 80 km/h zone on the EC Row Expressway near Matchett Road.
