ELKHART, Ind. -- The Elkhart Police Department reports officers responded to Ferret Inc. at 2505 Laura Ct. in reference to a medic assist due to a man down on the ground.

Officers arrived to find a man, later identified as 59-year-old Stanley Miller of Elkhart, on the ground.

Police performed CPR on Miller until medics arrived and took over.

Medics continued life-saving measures.

Miller was pronounced dead at the scene at 8:31 a.m. Police say there were no outwards signs of foul play.

Miller's body was turned over to the county coroner. Share
