CAMPTI, La. (KALB) - A woman from Clarence was arrested for felony drug charges, according to the Natchitoches Parish Sheriff’s Office.

NPSO stopped a vehicle on August 31, around 8:30 a.m. in Campti at the US 71/84 and Bayou Street intersection for a traffic violation.

During the stop, deputies noticed the driver, identified as Krystal Lynn Brown, 40, of Clarence, had multiple open wounds and signs consistent with methamphetamine use.

Brown told officers she did not know if she had a valid driver’s license. She also had two passengers in the vehicle with her, who were both released without incident.
