Local cross country expert Glenn Craze has released his rankings through the end of August, but admittedly they’re not where they will be in a few weeks, once everyone has a meet or two under their belts.

There are eight races involving Macomb County teams on tap for the post-Labor Day week — highlighted by the MAC Red Jamboree on Wednesday, with four of the top six teams in the county participating.

The Romeo boys and girls both stay No. 1 in the team rankings after the Oakland University Grizzlies Invite, while the Anchor Bay boys — up three spots, and into the top 10 — and Henry Ford II girls — up three spots to No. 8 — were the big movers in the team rankings.
