Democrats held protests across the country on Labor Day, calling on people to assemble under the banner “Workers Over Billionaires." The events drew modest crowds across Arizona.

Roughly 100 people gathered in front of the state Legislature, many of them loyal Democrats who have regularly attended demonstrations since Republican President Donald Trump took office.
