A FORMER James Bond favourite looked completely different on the set of his new TV series.

Glen Powell, 36, was unrecognisable in prosthetics and a wig, in a far look from the heartthrob features that made him a Hollywood A-lister.

The movie star is working hard on the set of the Hulu action-comedy TV series, Chad Powers.

In the upcoming TV show, Glen plays Russ Holliday, a has-been college quarterback who squandered his chance at going pro in a championship game due to some grandstanding, bad behaviour.

The streamer released some teaser images of the star actor sporting the new look from the series which he also executive produces alongside NFL legend, Peyton Manning.
