GRAND FORKS — A man has been arrested after a shooting over the weekend in Grand Forks.

The Grand Forks Police Department reported on Monday, Sept. 1, that De'angelo Cortez Brent, 28, of Grand Forks, was arrested in Fargo by GFPD and Fargo officers. He was charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, terrorizing, reckless endangerment and criminal mischief.

Also, Monday, the GFPD released the name of the victim: Antonio Delon Locke, 27, of East Grand Forks.

According to a report from the GFPD, the department received multiple 911 calls of gunshots in in the 500 block of Fourth Avenue North at approximately 4:30 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 31.
