Listed home is most expensive in the U.S.

(CNN)– The most expensive house for sale right now in the U.S. is in Colorado.

At a whopping $300-million, Sotheby’s lists ‘Little Lake Lodge’ near Aspen as the most expensive house for sale in the country.

The Aspen Times reports that the home was built by a California billionaire couple who own the parent company of Fiji water and Pom Wonderful.

The house is 27,000 square feet, and is on a 74-acre estate.

The property includes the four parcels of land, a private six-acre lake, and 45-space parking lot.
