Most of the priciest metro Phoenix houses to sell during mid-August were in Scottsdale. Buyers and sellers included an executive with the Jersey Mike’s sandwich chain, a doctor and a real estate broker.

Kisas Tail LLC paid cash for a 14,363-square-foot north Scottsdale mansion on 14 acres. The house comes with eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, views of Pinnacle Peak, a garage that can house 20 vehicles, a wet bar, theater, billiard room, wine cellar, pool with a slide, pool house and golf course-grade turf. The Pobiak Family Trust sold it. Debbie Negrin, Will Foote, and Mike Holder of Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty had the listing.
