Arkansas Department of Transportation releases goal of participation for small businesses that are disadvantaged

The Arkansas Department of Transportation recently announced a participation goal of 8.82% for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises in federally assisted highway projects for fiscal years 2026 through 2028 and is accepting public comment on the matter.
