TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - Two people are in stable condition at a local hospital after being shot at an off-campus student housing complex, according to the Tallahassee Police Department.

The TPD watch commander told WCTV Monday evening that the shooting happened at about 7:03 p.m. at the Redpoint Tallahassee at 2636 Mission Road.

Shots were fired during a pool party at the complex, and an adult man and woman were both shot, per the TPD watch commander.

Tallahassee police are currently on scene, collecting evidence and investigating how the shooting unfolded and who was involved.
