Make Space is a concept created by Avon Lake residents Erin Bartel and Coryn Quester where mothers and children (ages 2-6) can have some time for themselves for self-care.
The pop-up, located at Bloom Social Haus, 25895 Detroit Road, for eight select weeks, is now open.
“We are all moms with multiple kids and know the struggle is real for moms to take care of their soul,” said Bartel. “We want to give moms the space they deserve and kids the growth they need at the same time.”
The next event is a Self-Care Social from 10 a.m. to noon Sept. 11.
Included for adult participants is Dr. Aimee Polgar with Westside Chiropractic & Wellness (offering a sampling of soft tissue techniques to the attendees), Cherry Street Mindful Cold Brew Coffee samplings, Psychic Reading for 20 m
