PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) -- A tribute honoring the life and legacy of the late Judge Frank Caprio will be viewable at the State House starting Tuesday.
Gov. Dan McKee's office announced the tribute will include Caprio's portrait being displayed in the State House's rotunda.
"Judge Caprio was more than a jurist—he was a symbol of compassion and humanity whose empathy on the bench touched lives across Rhode Island and around the world," McKee said in a press release. "As we continue to mourn the passing of this extraordinary man, I invite all Rhode Islanders to visit the State House to honor Judge Caprio's remarkable legacy and to keep his family in our thoughts during this difficult time."
Caprio died nearly two weeks ago at the age of 88. He was laid to rest Friday and his funeral took p
