WARREN, Ohio - A bond hearing scheduled today for a Youngstown mayoral candidate accused of domestic violence has been canceled.

No reason was given as to why the hearing for John White in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court was called off. White has been held in the Trumbull County jail since his arrest on June 3.

Judge Sarah Thomas Kovoor revoked White's bond earlier this month after prosecutors alleged he violated the terms of his release, including contacting the victim despite a no-contact order.

According to a motion filed May 30 by Trumbull County Assistant Prosecutor Gabe Wildman, the alleged violations began shortly after White was first released on bond. The motion claims White repeatedly called the victim, deactivated her cell phone service, and hacked into her accounts to ch
