LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — It was not just a day of celebration; it came with a promise for change.

Sign reads, protestors said their rally was not "it's not red versus blue, versus it was billionaires versus you."

"The truth is, it's not the immigrants, it's the billionaires and millionaires that continue to get richer, and they say it's the immigrants that are causing the problems," David Dienhart said.

Dienhart said his first chant for justice was this year, but his reasoning is for years to come.

"Things have been going downhill for a long time; we just didn't know it, and now we know it, and now it's really time for me to get out here and do what's right for my kids and their kids," Dienhart said.
