TUSCALOOSA, Ala. ( WBRC ) - A man is facing multiple charges after shooting into a vehicle Saturday and injuring a woman.
Tuscaloosa Police were called to a shooting in the 4500 block of 18th Avenue at around 5:30 p.m.
After treating a woman who had suffered a non-life-threatening injury to her head, police detained multiple people and turned the investigation over to the Tuscaloosa County Violent Crimes Unit.
Investigators determined that two groups of people had gotten into an argument.
As one of the groups tried to leave the area, their vehicle was surrounded and fired into, striking the woman but missing a one-month-old baby that was in the car.
