September might signal the beginning of the end of summer, but it’s not the end of warm, dry weather. Seattle is in for more of the same with a couple days of above-average temperatures.
The consistent warm, dry weather of Labor Day weekend continues.
Highs will hover in the upper 70s for much of the week, but temperatures will break into the low 80s on Wednesday and Thursday, said National Weather Service meteorologist Dana Felton.
Those highs are a few degrees above normal for this time of year, Felton said. We’re usually looking at highs around 75 degrees.
But don’t sweat it. There are often “a bunch” of 80-degree days in September, Felton said.
