HARRISBURG, Pa. — Police arrested a woman on Monday who they say drove a minivan into a crowd at Harrisburg's Kipona festival, injuring three people, including a 6-year-old boy.

Who is the suspected driver?

Police arrested 37-year-old Elizabeth Ann Bohrer of York Haven on Monday. She has been charged with three counts of aggravated assault by vehicle, aggravated assault by vehicle while driving under the influence, aggravated assault with a victim less than 13, recklessly endangering another person, driving under the influence, driving on the sidewalk, reckless driving and obedience to traffic-control devices.
