A Chattanooga man faces several charges, including DUI, after crashing through a building, driving "donuts" in the middle of a workplace, and evading police while causing "mayhem" at several other nearby businesses.

Chattanooga police officers and Tennessee Highway Patrol troopers were responding to two separate wrecks near Riverfront Parkway early on Saturday morning when a driver passed the two scenes, driving more than 100 miles per hour.

A police officer saw the driver crash through a business's fence, through a "large power substation," and into a business with workers.

The affidavit says officers attempted to make a perimeter outside the workplace while the vehicle "caused mayhem" inside the complex, crashing into a dumpster and other items.
