BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) - Two people accused in a deadly attack on a man in downtown Burlington faced a judge on Tuesday.

Isaiah Argro, 26, of Queens, New York, and Karson Taylor, 16, of South Burlington, both pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder in the death of Scott Kastner.

Police say Argro and a group of minors, including Taylor, were involved in the August assault that happened just steps away from Church Street.

Kastner was left with a brain bleed and severe head trauma, from which he later died.
