Rachel Scott , the celebrated CFDA-winning designer behind Diotima, will soon be at the helm of New York cult label Proenza Schouler. Scott succeeds Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez, who founded the brand but departed earlier this year to lead design at Loewe .
