A 19-year-old is facing multiple charges after police say he shot into a vehicle in Tuscaloosa during an argument between two groups of people.
A woman sustained a non-life-threatening wound to the head. A 1-month-old inside the vehicle miraculously not injured, said Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit Capt. Jack Kennedy.
The shooting happened at 5:30 p.m. Saturday in the 4500 block of 18t Avenue in Tuscaloosa.
Kennedy said investigators learned that a large argument had taken place between the two groups. As one group was trying to leave, their vehicle was surrounded and then shot into multiple times.
