Sir Terry Wogan's son has said the absence of buyers for his father's £3.75 million family home is "indicative of where we are as a country".
Mark Wogan criticised the law requiring inheritance tax to be paid within six months of a death or face interest charges, stating: "I think if dad was alive, he would be thinking, 'Well, why did I go to all the trouble of making sure I handed over a debt free asset to my family?'".
The property in Taplow, Buckinghamshire, which enjoys views of Windsor Castle, has been listed since November but hasn't attracted a single viewing.
The BBC Radio 2 legend purchased the home in 1975 and bequeathed it to his wife Lady Helen upon his death in 2016.
