WASHINGTON — During a press event at the White House about relocating Space Command headquarters to Alabama on Tuesday, President Donald Trump said that “just over the last few minutes” the U.S. military “literally shot out a boat, a drug-carrying boat” that he claimed originated from Venezuela.
