BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — The Assumption Parish Sheriff's Office arrested a man in connection with two relatives who were injured while in his care on Aug. 31.
Nathaniel Bell, 22, of Napoleonville, was charged with cruelty to juveniles with force/violence.
Deputies responded to a home on Jones Street, where two children, ages 12 and 7, were with Bell. When the children were picked up, the parent noticed that both were hurt.
