IRMO, S.C. (WIS) - WIS will be helping celebrate a historic year for Irmo Little League on Wednesday.

The Town of Irmo will hold a celebration starting at 6:30 p.m. at Friarsgate Park, located at 1712 Chadford Road. WIS News Anchor Greg Adaline will serve as master of ceremonies and will provide live coverage in the afternoon.

Irmo Little League President Bobby Jensen and Irmo Mayor Bill Danielson are among those scheduled to take part in Wednesday’s ceremony.

Digital coverage from WIS will also be streamed on this story immediately following Wednesday’s 6 p.m. newscast.
