PIERCE, Neb. (KTIV) - If you live in Pierce, Nebraska, prepare for a power outage Friday, Sept. 5.

Officials for Pierce say there is a planned power outage scheduled for that Friday evening. It is expected to take place from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. for all Pierce Utility customers.

During the outage, maintenance for the substation is to take place.
