HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - Good Tuesday evening everyone! A surface trough will pass through the area from the northwest this evening. It will bring a slight chance of showers and isolated thunderstorms. Most of us will remain dry.

Later tonight, a cold front will push southward into the area. That cold front should be near I-80 around sunrise and should continue to push south of the area by around noon. Behind the front, there will be some increase in clouds. There will also be a few showers and isolated thunderstorms with the chance being better the farther east and northeast that you go. Southwestern areas will likely remain dry. Also behind the front, winds will turn northerly and become a bit breezy. There could be a few gusts to 25 mph.
