YUKON, Okla. (KFOR) — A woman is wanted for allegedly practicing dental hygiene without a license. Court papers show it had been going on for nearly 4 1/2 years.

According to a probable cause affidavit, Christy Perkowski worked at Oklahoma Dental in Yukon and her license expired in 2020.

The affidavit said the Oklahoma Board of Dentistry learned Perkowski worked with patients from 2021 to 2025, "administering nitrous oxide to patients, as well as administering local anesthesia to patients."

Practicing as a dental hygienist without a valid license isn't all Perkowski is accused of.

She also allegedly showed forged dental licenses to the clinic in 2022 and 2024, which enabled her to continue working with patients.
