PRAGUE, Neb. (WOWT) - One person was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Saunders County Tuesday afternoon.
A release from the Saunders County Sheriff’s Office says the crash happened between County Roads S and R on Highway 79 just after noon on Tuesday.
An investigation shows that a Chevy Trailblazer, driven by 76-year-old Marvin Ourada of Prague, was traveling southbound on Highway 79 when the car left the road into the right ditch.
The vehicle then collided with a driveway embankment, leading the car being flipped and ejecting Ourada.
The investigation also indicates that Ourada may have suffered a medical emergency prior to the crash.
Currently, alcohol is not believed to be a factor.
