Mayo Clinic in Florida has landed the permit for the $2.5 million project to build up its south entrance at its South Jacksonville campus.

The city issued a permit Aug. 28 for Auld & White Constructors LLC of Jacksonville for hardscaping to include a retaining wall, fountains and site improvements on 16.02 acres.

It comes after the permit issued Aug. 19 for Auld & White Constructors to make site improvements for the project and associated site work at a project cost of $946,985.

The address is 4786 Transformation Way.

Mayo Clinic in Florida is working on the entrance and exit off Butler Boulevard. It is the second main access into the Jacksonville medical complex and will look more like its main entrance off San Pablo Road.
