MAYFIELD, Ky. (KFVS) - A Mayfield, Kentucky, man is in custody after allegedly making threats.
According to the Mayfield Police Department, officers were called to N. 4th Street on Monday, September 1. The victims said 39-year-old Jesus Fernando Martinez Bejarano had threatened to hurt them, grabbing one by the shirt and threatening to stab him with a knife.
Then on Tuesday, September 2, officers got a warrant to arrest Martinez and found him on the front porch of a home on the same street.
Martinez was arrested and transported to the Graves County Restricted Custody Center. He was then lodged in the McCracken County Jail and charged with third-degree terroristic threatening and menacing.
