ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – An Albuquerque mother charged with child abuse is back behind bars after violating her conditions of release. Last month, Albuquerque police found Jessica Crespin at a bus stop on 12th St. and Candelaria Rd., with her two-year-old daughter, who was only wearing a diaper in the rain.
Crespin told police she did meth and was having thoughts of harming her daughter. Police said the toddler had lacerations on her neck and lower leg.
Crespin was released from custody last week. She was later arrested after court documents said her GPS monitor alerted authorities that she violated curfew.
