OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - One of the women detained in an ICE raid at an Omaha meat processing plant is set to have a hearing tomorrow in federal court.
Almost 80 people were detained in the ICE raid at Glenn Valley Foods back in June .
The ACLU of Nebraska tells First Alert 6 the woman cannot post the bond she’s been granted because of an automatic stay from ICE.
Just last month, a similar case took place in federal court.
At that time, the prosecution told us they knew of at least 16 people on an automatic stay being denied bond requests.
