LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- A person walked into a local hospital with two gunshot wounds after several reports of gunfire in the northeast Las Vegas valley, according to Metro police.
On Tuesday, around 7:20 p.m., police responded to the 2900 block of Clifford Street near Pecos Road and Las Vegas Boulevard after several people called LVMPD dispatch reporting that they heard gunfire, Metro police said.
While officer were conducting their investigation, they were notified that a victim had walked into a nearby hospital with two gunshot wounds, police said.
Police are investigating the shooting, and the status of the gunshot victim is unknown at this time.
