The North Texas Tollway Authority is considering two possible routes to extend the President George Bush Turnpike from I-30 down to I-20, a stretch of about 11 miles. The project would serve fast-growing areas of eastern Dallas County, but construction and opening dates have not yet been set. Residents can weigh in at a public meeting on Thursday at the Mesquite Convention Center.
