Jacob Webber first became acquainted with Purdue men’s basketball while watching Carsen Edwards and Jaden Ivey take their star turns en route to pro careers.

Then the 6-foot-6 wing became a priority target for the Boilermakers ’ 2026 class — one which will immediately succeed two four-year starting guards . Webber believed in the system fit, recognized the opportunity for impact and committed to Matt Painter on Tuesday morning.
