SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - Chatham Savannah Authority for the Homeless, Salvation Army and Veterans Affairs of Savannah are hosting a job and resource fair for people experiencing homelessness.

The Stand Down for Homelessness Resource and Job Fair has been a staple event in Savannah for over two decades. Service providers throughout the area convene in a central location in an effort to support people experiencing homelessness.

This year’s event is happening at the Salvation Army Community Center on Bee Road in Savannah.

While Chatham Savannah Authority for the Homeless, Salvation Army and Veterans Affairs of Savannah are hosting the event, the resource and job fair wouldn’t be possible without the nearly 100 service providers and community partners participating.
