A Paisley woman is set to take on a 30-kilometre trek to raise funds for a charity close to her heart.
Kerry Taylor is taking part in ‘Trek for Tomorrow’ which follows a route in the Peak District organised by suicide prevention charity CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably).
Kerry is one of 100 fundraisers from across the UK chosen by the charity to participate in the fundraiser on Sunday. Also joining the fundraising group is McFly star Danny Jones.
Kerry, 41, told the Paisley Daily Express: “This charity is close to my heart as I lost both my brother, David, and sister, Elaine, to suicide. It’s emotional and I’m quite nervous as I’ve not done something like this before but I want to do it in memory of my brother and sister.
